The assessed building is a part of a residential building complex, built in the early 80s of the twentieth century in the large panel technology, using the “Szczecin L” system. It’s a five story building with a basement, covered with a flat ventilated roof. It consists of two parts divided by a an expansion joint positioned to the right angle, forming the inside shape of the letter L. The building has 35 apartments and three stairways and is located on the Armii Krajowej 60 street.
